• Copyrighted TV, movies, music, or other copyright content that does not fall under fair use or public domain without a copyright release

• Blank tapes / discs with no footage or audio

• Inappropriate sexual content

• Animal abuse, child abuse, and explicit graphic content outside of a professional setting

• Surveillance footage and candid filming of strangers

*If your tape is entirely non-producible, we will refund the asset cost and instead charge a 50% diagnostic fee.
